Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all accommodation and related services provided by Landhaus Gritschacher. Individual agreements stated in the booking confirmation take precedence. In addition, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH 2006) apply.
2. Contract & Deposit
The accommodation contract becomes valid upon acceptance of the reservation (including electronic confirmations). A deposit may be agreed and will be credited towards the total price.
3. Arrival & Departure
Check-in from 4:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m.. Early arrival or late departure is subject to availability and prior agreement.
4. Rates & Payment
Rates confirmed at the time of booking apply, including all stated taxes and charges. Payment is due upon departure. Accepted methods: cash, debit (EC) or credit card.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Up to 3 days before arrival: free cancellation
- Later cancellations: 70 % of the total amount
- No-show: 100 % of the total amount
Special rates or promotional offers may include different cancellation terms as stated in the respective booking confirmation.
6. Restaurant
Open daily for in-house guests from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.. A table is reserved for the duration of your stay. Please inform us in advance about any allergies or intolerances.
7. Pets
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Please show consideration for other guests; pets must not be left unattended in the room. In case of excessive soiling, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
8. Bicycles & E-Bikes
Lockable bike shed with charging options and compressor available. Please use your own charger and place bikes clean and properly in the designated area.
9. Non-Smoking Policy
All rooms, the restaurant, and indoor areas are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
10. Wi-Fi
Complimentary for guests. Fair use applies; illegal activities or downloads are prohibited.
11. Liability
Liability is governed by statutory provisions and the AGBH 2006, including regulations on deposited items and limitations of liability.
12. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction as defined in the AGBH 2006.

We process personal data in order to operate this website, respond to enquiries, and manage bookings. Depending on the purpose, the legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract/enquiries), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and efficient operation), or – for optional services – your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
3. Hosting & security
This website is operated via Smoobu GmbH, Berlin. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Processing takes place within the EU.
Data transmission is encrypted via SSL/TLS.
4. Server log files
When visiting the website, technical data (IP address, date/time, pages accessed, browser, operating system) are automatically processed. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are usually deleted after a maximum of 7 days.
5. Contact (e-mail/form)
When you contact us, we process the data you provide to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data are deleted after a maximum of 12 months unless legal retention periods apply.

8. Web analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 only if you give consent. Usage data are pseudonymised and IP addresses truncated (IP masking). Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the cookie banner.

9. Maps (Google Maps)
Google Maps is embedded only with consent. Technical data such as IP addresses may be transmitted to Google. Consent can be managed through the cookie banner.
10. Social media
We link to our Facebook and Instagram profiles. Data are transmitted only when clicking the links. The privacy policies of the respective providers apply.
11. Data retention
Personal data are deleted once the purpose no longer applies and no legal retention obligations remain. For enquiries: after a maximum of 12 months; for log files: usually after 7 days.
