Useful Information & Terms

These terms apply to accommodation and related services at Landhaus Gritschacher.
Individual agreements in the booking confirmation take precedence.
In addition, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.

The accommodation contract is concluded when the reservation is accepted, including electronically.
A deposit may be agreed and will be credited towards the total price.

Check-in from 3:00 pm,
check-out by 10:00 am.
Early check-in or late check-out is possible subject to availability.

The prices confirmed with the booking apply, including any stated charges.
Payment is made on departure; we accept
cash, debit cards and credit cards.

• Up to 3 days before arrival: cancellation free of charge
• Later cancellation: 70 % of the total price
• No-show: 100 % of the total price

Different conditions for special rates or offers are stated in the respective booking confirmation.

Open daily for house guests from 6:00–9:00 pm.
A table is reserved for the duration of your stay.
Please inform us in advance about any allergies or intolerances.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
We kindly ask you to be considerate of other guests;
pets may not be left alone in the room.
In case of excessive soiling, a cleaning fee may be charged.

A lockable bicycle shed with charging facilities is available.
A compressor is provided.
Please use your own charger and park bicycles only
in the designated areas.

Rooms, restaurant and all indoor areas are non-smoking.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only in the designated areas.

Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge.
We ask for appropriate use;
unlawful activities or downloads are prohibited.

The statutory innkeeper’s liability applies;
in addition, the provisions of the AGBH 2006 apply.

Austrian law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is governed by the provisions of the AGBH 2006.
