Useful Information & Terms

These terms and conditions apply to accommodation and ancillary services at Landhaus Gritschacher.
Individual agreements in the booking confirmation take precedence.
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply additionally.

The accommodation contract is concluded upon acceptance of the reservation (including electronic confirmation).
A deposit may be agreed upon and will be credited towards the total price.

Check-in from 2:00 pm,
Check-out by 10:00 am.
Early check-in or late check-out are available subject to availability.

The prices confirmed at the time of booking apply, including charges valid on the day of departure.
Payment is due at check-out; accepted methods are
cash, debit card and credit card.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival.
For later cancellations or no-shows: 100 % of the total price.
For bookings made via third-party portals, the conditions displayed there apply.
In justified exceptional cases we will handle things with goodwill and on an individual basis.

Open daily for house guests from 6:00–9:00 pm.
A table is informally reserved for the duration of your stay.
Please let us know in advance about any allergies or intolerances.

Pets are welcome with prior notice.
We ask for consideration towards other guests.
Guests are liable for any damage caused by their pets.

A lockable bicycle storage room with charging facilities is available.
A compressor is on hand.
Please use your own charger and park bicycles only in the designated areas.
E-bike batteries may not be charged inside the building for insurance reasons.
No liability is accepted for theft or damage to bicycles or e-bikes stored on the premises.

Rooms, restaurant and all indoor areas are non-smoking.
Smoking is permitted outdoors in designated areas only.

Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge.
We ask for responsible use.
Illegal activities or downloads are prohibited and will be subject to criminal prosecution.
The operator accepts no liability for misuse of the network by guests.

Travel cots are available on request.

Guests are liable for any damage to the property of Landhaus Gritschacher caused by themselves or members of their party.
Damage must be reported immediately.

We ask all guests to be considerate of others, particularly during the evening and night-time hours.

The statutory innkeeper’s liability applies;
the provisions of the AGBH 2006 apply additionally.

Austrian law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Spittal an der Drau.

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Any invalid provision shall be replaced by the legally permissible regulation that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
